Stephanie Burnett, PMHNP-BC, CNL-BC

Stephanie has been a psychiatric nurse since 2010.  Working in most areas of psychiatry from inpatient psych to residential treatment programs.  She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas with focus as a Clinical Nurse Leader.  She obtained a post certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  Stephanie continues to add holistic health to my knowledge base as evidenced as becoming a certified Clinical Aromatherapist and Tai Chi Instructor. She has worked in a federal healthcare system for over a decade and created several local and national programs while focusing on optimal patient and staff holistic health outcomes.  Due to these accomplishments, she was asked to develop a private program regarding whole health of one of the leading retailers in the world.

In 2022, Stephanie opened Salt and Light Holistic Health in Maumelle, AR.  She frequently has family and friends who want to receive therapy services. This is why she designed the online educational program, the 7-STEP BUTTERFLY METHOD.  This is an eclectic style of therapy including concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Anger Management, Social Skills Training, Mindfulness, and Meditation. She also utilizes the 7-STEP BUTTERFLY METHOD as a framework to provide wellness support and program development for corporate companies.

Stephanie mentors nurses frequently especially training new PMHNPs as therapy concepts are lacking in many schools due to time restraints of programs.  She was blessed to learned psychotherapy concepts from the best Psychiatrists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.  She teaches and spreads these concepts to all who want to learn.

While not working, she spends time with family and friends. At the center of her world is rescued American Saddlebred horses and bully dogs. Her family also loves outdoor sports including archery, hunting, and gardening.
